Installing the Android APK
Installing directly from an APK file is called sideloading, a standard, well-supported Android feature. Here's exactly what to do:
Download the APK
Tap the "Download APK" button below. The file will save to your Downloads folder.
Enable Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps → select your browser or file manager → tap Allow. This is a one-time step.
Open the APK File
Open your Downloads folder, tap the E-JAM APK file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install.
Log In & Start Hiring
Sign in with your existing E-JAM employer account or register directly in the app. Your full account is available immediately.
Enabling "Install from Unknown Sources" on Android 8+
Android requires a one-time permission toggle before installing apps from outside the Play Store. The exact path depends on your device:
→ Select your browser (e.g. Chrome) → Toggle Allow
This permission applies only to apps installed through that specific browser or file manager, not to your entire device. You can disable it again after installation.
