Yes, payments are required in advance before your ad can be placed.

We accept credit card payments via our website as well as Credit/Debit Card and bank transfer. Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars only.
Are there any reductions in prices for multiple job ads?
If you are looking to fill multiple job vacancies, E-JAM has recruitment bulk purchasing options available. Please contact us to discuss your needs and receive a quote.
How long does it take for a job ad to go live?
Your job ad will be up and running within two hours after receiving your ad and payment.
How will I receive applications from my job ad?
You can access your applications via our E-JAM Talent Manager, which allows recruiters to easily filter and review applications 24/7 from your dashboard. Or, we can arrange to send your applications by email.
How long does it usually take to find qualified candidates?
Finding qualified candidates varies, depending on the role. It tends to take longer for more senior positions or roles with specific requirements. It also depends on the availability of clients to meet and make decisions about potential candidates.
Can I use my company's name and logo to brand my job ad?
Yes, branded job ads can be arranged at a small fee. Please contact our office for a quote.
Do you offer any guarantees if a selected candidate leaves after a short period?
With maximum online exposure, we are confident your job posting will generate quality candidates to interview. In a rare instance of a low-performing ad, we will re-advertise your vacancy for another month at no additional cost.

Each job posting is subject to review prior to going live. We have the right to refuse any posting that we consider inappropriate or misleading. Employment opportunities requiring up-front investment are prohibited.

What is the H-2B Visa program?
The H-2B program allows US employers to hire foreign nationals to fill temporary non-agricultural jobs when there are not enough US workers available. E-JAM specializes in recruiting qualified Jamaican workers for this program.
How long does it take to recruit H-2B workers?
H-2B recruitment timelines vary based on program requirements and government processing times. We recommend beginning the process as early as possible. ideally 4-6 months before your start date. Contact us to discuss your specific timeline.
What is E-JAM's Embassy approval rate?
We maintain a 99% overall Embassy approval rate across all visa programs. This reflects the quality of our vetting process and our adherence to all visa program requirements.
What is the J1 Work & Travel Program?
The J1 Summer Work & Travel Program is a U.S. Government cultural exchange program that gives foreign university/college students the opportunity to live, work, and travel in the USA. E-JAM has worked with J1 program sponsors for 16+ years.
Do employers pay placement fees for J1 students?
No. there are absolutely no placement fees for employers under the J1 program. Additionally, employers do not pay FUTA and FICA taxes for seasonal J1 employees.
Can E-JAM recruit workers from countries other than Jamaica for H-2B Extensions?
Yes, for H-2B Extensions, we accept applicants from any nationality. We can provide targeted leads with ready-to-work pre-vetted applicants from various countries.
Does E-JAM recruit for Canada and the United Kingdom?
Yes! We recruit for Canada's Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFW) and UK Skilled Worker placements. We are familiar with LMIA requirements for Canada and the Sponsor License/Certificate of Sponsorship process for the UK.
