These Terms of Use apply to your use of ejamhire.com and related online employer services operated by E-JAM Group, LLC (“E-JAM,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing an online job posting plan or using our site as an employer, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or use the services covered here.

Online job posting plans (including Basic, Standard, Premium, Recruit Plus, and any add on boosts purchased through our website or employer dashboard) are digital recruitment services. Fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Payment is required in advance before a posting is reviewed and published, as described on our Caribbean Employers page and in your checkout flow.

All fees for online job posting plans are not refundable. This includes plans that have not yet gone live, plans that are cancelled before the posting period ends, and unused posting credits or membership time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If we reject a posting as inappropriate or misleading under our review policy, we may offer a credit or post again at our discretion, that is not a refund of cash paid unless we explicitly agree in writing.

Each job posting is subject to review before it goes live. We may refuse or remove postings we consider inappropriate, misleading, or prohibited (including opportunities requiring up front investment from candidates).

Marketing reach and applicant volume vary by role, market, and timing. Unless a separate written guarantee applies, we do not promise a specific number of hires or applications.

Where our FAQs or sales materials describe advertising a vacancy again for a low performing ad, that benefit is a service credit or extended posting, not a refund.

You are responsible for information you submit (job descriptions, company details, contact data) and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not use our services for unlawful hiring practices, discriminatory postings, spam, or content that violates third party rights.

Full service recruitment, H2B, J1, outsourcing, and custom engagements are governed by separate proposals, contracts, or statements of work. Those agreements control fees and cancellation for those projects.

These Terms focus on self service and online job posting plans on ejamhire.com. If a signed contract conflicts with these Terms for a custom project, the signed contract prevails for that project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last updated date on this page reflects the latest version posted here.
